the communication with seller was great, my device was delivered at another address, they corrected pretty quickly. Once arrived, I got issues trying to connect the device to app following the instructions. I contacted seller once again and they let me know that the app in the instructions was incorrect and they gave me the correct app info. so far, the watch serves its purpose and it’s easy to get my health readings fast. I like the product and I would recommend it.
